More on the founder (in her words).

Birthwork has really moved my life in a direction that I never saw coming.  Before being a doula and founding YB2, I sought out purpose.  What was I put on this earth to do?  Who was I? The questions poured out at a point in my life where I didn’t feel whole. I was working in “corporate america” and decided to put in my two weeks notice to become an international flight attendant.  With the world at my fingertips, I was able to open my mind to more possibilities.  At that point, I wanted a reset.  

My reset was a Vipassana retreat in Bodhi, India.  

Not only was it a reset, but rather tilling the soil for the seed to be planted.

My clients ask me about trainings and credentials all the time.  At times I want to respond with “my credentials are in my spirit.”  However, that doesn’t hold weight in our modern society (at the moment). I get it.
